Chef Carrie Baird
Carrie Baird is a Denver-based chef and Culinary Director for The Culinary Creative Group’s Americana division. She oversees Bar Dough, Tap & Burger, and is a partner at Fox and the Hen, a nationally recognized breakfast concept.
A finalist on Top Chef Season 15 and winner on Beat Bobby Flay, Carrie is known for bold, ingredient-driven cooking that balances comfort and creativity. She has also appeared as an All-Star judge on Top Chef.
As the Executive Chef of Bar Dough, Carrie earned a James Beard Award semifinalist nomination and helped the restaurant land multiple “Best of Denver” honors.
